02 · How it works
Designed around your night
Every detail of the service exists to protect two things: your car, and your sleep.

Within 1–2 days we deliver your lockbox in a Nightwash welcome box, with a welcome card and simple setup steps. Once your code is registered, you're active: your first wash lands on the next operating night with availability, and your regular night runs from your second wash on.

Service runs overnight, typically 10 PM – 6 AM, with low-noise equipment chosen for residential garages. Most residents never hear us at all.

Your car is washed exactly where you parked it. It is never driven, moved, or taken out of the garage — not for a minute.

A secure lockbox sits on the window. Its code is known only to you and your operator, and it never changes per visit — so there is nothing to coordinate, ever. We never keep your keys: they return to the lockbox the moment the wash is done.

The amenity costs the building nothing. Residents subscribe individually, and the service is entirely managed by us — staffing, equipment, scheduling, support.

We begin with a 90-day private pilot with a select group of residents — no obligation, no long-term commitment. The service earns its place, or it doesn't stay.

Each service evening, we share the night's plan with management before we begin — which cars, which spots, which hours. No surprises, ever.

Insurance activates before launch. Our policy carries $1M/$2M liability plus garage keepers coverage, the building is named as additional insured, and the certificate is delivered before we start — before a single car is touched.
